Logging in to DPO


Logging in to DPO is the first step to accessing your projects. In this article, you will learn how to log in for the first time, set a password, and what to do if you already have an account or need assistance with the login process.


Invitation Email: Guide & Troubleshooting

  • After a user has been invited, they will receive an invitation email containing a link to create their account. The registration can be completed by following the instructions provided in the email.
  • If the email cannot be found, the spam folder should be checked first. If the email still does not arrive, the administrator should be contacted to verify the email address stored in DPO.
  • If the first link in the email does not work, the second link included in the message can be used instead.


Tip: If you already have an account from a previous project, you can simply log in as usual at https://web.digitalpurchaseorder.com.


Steps to Activate Your Account and Log In


  1. Open your email account.
  2. Locate the invitation email and click on the first link in the message.





  1. You will be automatically redirected to the DPO page.
  2. Create a password for your new account.
  3. Then log in using your email address and the newly created password.





  1. After logging in, you will be redirected to your account.
  2. There you will see your projects. Click on the desired project (book) to open it.





Invitation to a New Book for Existing Users


If you already have an account, you will only receive an invitation informing you that you have been added to a new book. You can follow the link in the email to access the new book directly. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the “Reset Password” function.
