Invoice Overview
The Invoice Overview lists all invoices in the system with their status, submission date, and supplier. Filters let you quickly find invoices by department, supplier, status, or date.
Navigation Structure
The Invoice Overview is accessible via the INVOICES tab in the main navigation. It provides a central overview of all invoices recorded in the system, regardless of their status.
Best Practices
- See all your Invoices in one place — including Approval status, P.O. linking status
- Rely on status color codes to stay on top of approval progress at a glance
- Use filters to find exactly what you need: by department, supplier
- Use Advanced Filter for more detailed searches
- Download your Invoices as PDFs — individually or in batches

Invoice Overview
- Clickable Invoices: Clicking an invoice opens a detailed view with full information, attachments, and comments
- Multi-level Approval Process: Shows the full approval chain, including status and responsible approvers
- Direct Links to P.O.s: Connects the invoice to relevant purchase orders (P.O.)
- Download Invoice: Download the invoice as a file for your records
- Use the three dots (⋯) menu to remove the invoice from the approval workflow if needed

P.O. Link in the Invoice
When invoices are matched with purchase orders (P.O.s), DPO will automatically show whether the invoice amount is over or under the corresponding P.O. Item.

Can't See the Matched P.O. in the Invoice Overview During Approval?
If you cannot see the P.O. linked to an invoice during approval, contact your DPO Book Administrator to request access.
If the permission “Manage Invoices” is not enabled, **a user role must be created that allows viewing P.O.s linked to invoices. Assign this role to users who need to see P.O. information within invoices **without granting access to the Invoice Inbox.
