Item Multiplier

The Item Multiplier feature in Digital Purchase Order (DPO) allows you to apply two quantity values in one line item to calculate total units. It's ideal for cases like rooms × nights, hours × days, or bundled services, making it perfect for accommodation bookings, time-based services, or package deals that require more than a simple quantity-rate setup.

How to Use the Item Multiplier

1. Go to Administration > PO Settings
2. Enable the checkbox “Enable Item Multiplier”

Apply During P.O. Creation

1. Add an item to your purchase order
2. Enter the base quantity (e.g., 5 hotel rooms)
3. Enter the multiplier (e.g., 4 nights)
4. Enter the rate per unit (e.g., $150 per night)
5. DPO will automatically calculate:

5 × 4 × $150 = $3,000→ This value will be reflected in your total for the line item.
